The Brief and the Build have defined endpoints. For organizations with larger or continuing work, I also take on longer partnerships. In every case, your team keeps the tools, prompts, and working knowledge behind what we build.
The Brief · $500
A focused discovery session. Before I recommend anything, I learn how you actually work: what takes too long and where hard-won expertise is being spent on things that don’t need it. You leave with a map of the two or three places AI fits your work, an honest read on whether you need help or can just go do it yourself, and a prompt to start building with. Some people take that and run. If we go further, the $500 credits toward the Build.
The Build · $3,750
A month of building, together. Over four weeks, we build a customized AI working environment around how you and your team actually work, using tools you already have. The prompts and instructions are yours. We use the working sessions to put it into practice, test it against real work, and help your team learn to run and adapt it.
Ongoing partnership · Scoped together
Some challenges are larger than a four-week build. I can join your team as an ongoing AI partner, helping set direction, build and improve systems, support the team, and take on new projects as the work changes. We scope the role, time, and price together. Your team keeps the tools, prompts, documentation, and decisions behind everything we build.
